Effectiveness of Implementing Active Learning Strategies in Enhancing EFL Learners’ Motivation, Attitudes, Aptitudes and Skills

This study aimed at investigating the effect of implementing active learning strategies in enhancing EFL learners' motivation, attitudes, aptitudes and skills. To achieve objective this study, researchers attempted to answer these questions: 1- What do students English classroom need learn? 2- Will help promoting their language skills? 3- designed activities maximizing students' participation interaction classroom? 4- what extent affect performance language? The used quasi- experimental approach. Two instruments were employed for data collection: a questionnaire besides pre post- test. (30) female majors' Arts Faculty-Shamli Branch -University Hail, served as subjects study. participants distributed into two groups. first group represented control (15) students; while second one students. implemented teaching group, traditional method was utilized with group. A combination tests out (25) questions, covered all skills (Reading, listening, writing speaking.) be analysis post-test results showed that there statistically significant differences between mean favoring group; Thus, outperformed Consequently, use proved have positive role on Learners' Motivation, Attitudes, Aptitudes Skills. In responses questionnaires, they reported very good attitude towards through using strategies.
